Reliance JioBook details

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 series processor will power the JioBook laptop and an integrated 4G SIM card will cater for the need for connectivity. The key highlighting revelation that comes from Reuters suggests JioBook laptop be priced roughly at Rs 15,000 making it more affordable than Chromebooks. JioBook will support select apps and be powered by a Snapdragon SoC thanks to Reliance Jio’s collaboration with Qualcomm and Microsoft. It is expected to boot on JioOS for downloading and installing apps from JioStore. We can receive more information about the JioBook in the coming days. We can expect a general launch of this economical laptop by the end of 2022. A contract manufacturer Flex will produce the Reliance JioBook laptop locally, and Jio plans to sell hundreds of thousands of devices by March 2023.
